Easterly Lakes Subdivision brings quiet country living close to town. Located just 1/2 mile north of the new Live Oak High School in the very-popular Watson community in northern Livingston Parish, Easterly Lakes features 5 filings with 4 sprawling lakes and over 330 homes.
The mission of the Easterly Lakes Homeowners Association is to maintain and enhance the quality of life as well as the property values of the homes located in the Easterly Lakes Subdivision.
You can participate in the Homeowners Association by serving on a committee. Please check our website frequently for notice of the next general meeting of the Association, or contact us through the contact page on this site.
The Homeowners Association works best when the dues for every property are paid. The money from the dues is used for continued maintenance of the common areas, signage, and care for the lakes. Proper adherence to the by-laws and restrictions of the neighborhood help maintain the overall appeal of the neighborhood, and thus keep our property values high.
