Project Requests
To get approval on projects that alter the layout of your home or visual appearance of your yard, or that deviate from the guidelines in the HOA Bylaws, please start the approval process by filling out the form on this page.
Your request must be submitted 30 days before construction / project is started. Approval is required. Fines starting at $250.00 will be imposed, in accordance with the violation, if approval is not requested and received. An approval will not be given until any fines levied have been paid.
Items required for approval:
- A detailed print with property measurements on a plot plan. It must have measurements from the proposed project to the property lines.
- Copies of all permits.
- Detailed drawing/blueprint and what materials will be used for the construction/project with measurements.
- Paper copies are required and must be submitted to ELHOA before approval. No emails.
- ELHOA dues must be paid up to date.

Once your form has been received, a member of the HOA Committee will contact you with details on how to submit the required documentation.
